We are expanding our Cloud Technology sales team in Singapore which supports many parts of Asia including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Taiwan

As a Oracle Digital Prime Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of capable and experienced sales reps selling Oracle Cloud Technology Platform (IaaS & PaaS) This is a dynamic leadership role, where you develop and execute strategic plans utilizing resources to maximize our licencing and cloud revenue

DESCRIPTION & Scope of You want to change the world too, dont you Manages a team of seasoned and experienced Oracle Digital Prime Sales Representatives for Indonesia across verticals
Elevate conversations with Enterprise and SMB customers , become trusted advisor for C-Level stakeholders in business and technology domains
Actively participate as a senior sales leader in strategic and tactical planning for Oracle Digital Prime Tech
Develop strategic and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders from various teams to develop joint account plans
Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of sales representatives and keeping them motivated
Capable of handling complex sales situation, negotiating for the best win and ensure customer satisfaction and improving customer experience
Conduct accurate sales forecast, help team with successful territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis for the team to execute deals and create big wins

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Master / Bachelor Degree, 7-10 years of working experience within a complex and fast-paced business environment with min 5 years in management position leading experienced sales professionals
Proven leadership skills and capability to build visibility and reputation across different LOBs Understands what motivates different people; empowers and leverages each individuals unique talents to create high performing Sales team
Proven records of driven change in complex Business environment and X-LOB collaboration experience Experience with cloud-based/Tech Cloud business process solution offerings ability to demonstrate the value of Cloud solutions is the plus
In-Depth knowledge of Indonesia Market and proven records of engagements with senior business executives at customers and partners to hold business value conversations, gain trust and bring results
Demonstrate strong analytical skills to conduct review and analysis on business market and competitive environment to develop sales strategy plans and drive team execution against the customer business strategy with Oracles product portfolio
Know the business and understands metrics/key performance indicators required by self-and/or team to deliver results Regularly measures and monitors own and/or teams progress against performance goals Knows when and how to make improvements and adjustments to ensure full achievement of goals Coaches and/or supports team members toward optimal performance
Team player who will use insights gained with different stakeholders to continuously improving organization processes as well as operational excellence
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Some business travels will be required

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

The primary focus is to plan, manage and develop a team of OD Prime Sales Representatives Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracles opportunities across a subset of products, product lines or services directly or via partners to small-and medium sized accounts

Manages a team of OD Prime Sales Representatives/Managers for a territory/region Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the division Develops working relationships with license, consulting, education, and/or support field managers to develop joint account plans Develops and executes strategic plans utilizing resources from various marketing and sales functions to maximize revenue with frequent guidance from the area manager or director Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff Handles escalations and participates directly in complex sales situations to negotiate and/or resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction Conducts sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs Thorough understanding of Oracles products and services Ability to lead sales team in all areas of the sales cycle Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution ability Degree in Business or Computer Science preferred with 5 - 7 years sales or sales management experience
