Profile Description
The Sales Representative is a junior sales position that reports to the Sales Manager The BDE is
responsible for business development, pre-sales, sales, post-sales service & marketing related activities in
the region assigned His role will include supporting of local distribution partners, daily and continuous
market visits to existing and potential customers for business development & payment recovery
Operational Responsibilities
Preparing of beat plan and daily market visit according to plan
Support local distributors and suppliers in growing sales
Generate new accounts and service existing customers
Timely recovery of payment from the market
Continuously generating new leads and working on leads provided by company
Daily reporting to reporting Manager and using the company provided CRM regularly
Ensure growing repeat business from existing accounts
Build and nurture long-term client relations and ensure complete customer satisfaction
Generate and Maintain database of clients, prospects & Leads
Report information/market intelligence collected from field to Director (Marketing)
Keep track of competitor activities in market
Execute sales and marketing plan based on overall marketing strategy
Manage brand development activities like events, promotions, campaigns, and exhibitions within
allocated region
Support channel partners in regions outside Bangalore (Chennai, Coimbatore etc)
KRAs (Key Result Areas)
Total sales Generated every month
Total new accounts added every month
Y-o-Y growth in business from region
Personality Attributes & Skills
Good communication & negotiation skills (English, Hindi & Local language)
Good attitude and presentable appearance
Self-motivated & performance driven
Loyal and ethical in engaging with all stakeholders
Good geographical knowledge of region and willingness to travel continuously
Conversant with MS-Office, Outlook, Web, Mac OS/ Win OS
Salary Range (ESTM)
Upto INR 20,000 per month for deserving candidates
Salary Structure (Proposed)
70 PERCENT Fixed, 30 PERCENT Variable
