Position Overview

As a Sales Analyst, you will be a key member of the Sales Operations team, helping to structure and analyze data from disparate sources (eg, SFDC, internal databases) The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem solver who enjoys identifying key business levers and challenges and then building an analytical framework to inform PlanGrids sales strategy You will dive into complex data sets to analyze trends, identify opportunities and quantify the impact to the businessReporting to the Director, Sales Operations, and working with all parts of the organization, this role requires innate analytical abilities, an understanding of SaaS business models, and a desire to know PlanGrid inside and out#LI-VS1

Responsibilities

Own the Renewal opportunity creation and maintenance process
Collaborate with Finance, Renewals, and Systems teams to improve Renewal processes
Contribute to the reporting of key metrics and creation executive-facing dashboards in Salesforce, Looker, and Excel to drive Sales and Business Development leadership decision making
Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to improve sales productivity including deal size and velocity, close rates, and bookings
Quickly and accurately deliver actionable insights and recommendations around key Sales initiatives
Perform data exploration on customer data to identify operational insights
Support forecasting and planning processes
Translate business objectives into actionable analysis that can inform decision making at the executive and board level

Minimum Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in an analytical role
Process oriented enjoy digging into and improving processes at scale
Strong applied analytics you love data, gleaning insights from data, and making decisions based on data
Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite
Advanced Excel and Google Apps skills
Familiarity with SQL and data query / visualization tools (eg, Looker, Tableau, Domo)
Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment with high degree of autonomy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in a software / SaaS organization a plus
4-year college degree
