R-2785 Sales Onboarding Specialist & eLearning Designer (Open)

Are you a tech-savvy educational enthusiast ready to take on the challenge and wear multiple hats, playing the role of coordinator, innovator, researcher, and developer The Sales Onboarding Program Manager/eLearning Designer will work within the Sales Training team to ensure the sales organization is well-equipped with the content, training, and knowledge of available resources to effectively sell Neustar offerings This includes but is not limited to LMS management, eLearning content development, scheduling classes, hosting training events, preparing SMEs for training events, preparing reports, and managing onboarding engagements end to end

The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, switch gears at a moments notice, and take effective action without having to know the total picture


Design and creation of eLearning Videos and tutorials applying innovative learning techniques to engage learners
Script, storyboard, record, and edit eLearning projects and is responsible for selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing files, editing content and sound files
Manage the development and resources utilized for the integration of all content items into programs to include graphics, illustrations, activities, case studies, and simulations
Design and manage required onboarding eLearning programs and curriculums while ensuring participant completion
Manage the new hire onboarding process - including but not limited to pulling data (distributing to partners), updating systems, assigning learning curriculum, scheduling trainings, managing content, managing invitations/assignments, hosting the new hire call and managing the surveys
Manage inbound communications including questions and/or concerns
Assist with updating, assembling, and distributing training program participant materials
Support the training measurement process by building and launching surveys, continuously updating and producing reports, and helping the Manager of Sales Training organize data for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting to executives

Establish and adhere to milestones contained within courseware project plans and according to established development standards
Establish positive relationships with internal Subject Matter Experts (SME) to support sales applicability in content development
Manage the calendar and schedule training classes This includes arranging internal locations (and sometimes external), coordinating instructors, running roster reports, attendee lists, ordering training/classroom materials, and any other type of data/logistics needed to support the event Liaise with attendees to confirm bookings, manage cancellations/changes and maintain an accurate participant count
Manage records of expenses where applicable

Perform additional projects and other related duties as assigned by Manager of Sales Training or as responsibilities dictate
This position may require some limited travel (less than 25 PERCENT )

Basic Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in a sales training and/or program management position
Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in education, psychology, human resources, communications, or other related field
At least 3 years creating, managing and reporting on training program metrics
At least 3 years using an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule and manage training activities (Workday is preferred)
At least 3 years using the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word & Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

Able to handle multiple projects and competing priorities across a diverse set of stakeholders
Proven project management, planning, and organizational skills
Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
Recent experience in a fast-paced, multi-location technology company
Meets/exceeds Neustars functional/technical depth and complexity
