Missions and Responsibilities -Plans & priorities in advance, for effective Prospecting & Customer visits -Visits industrial area & identify prospective Leads Identifies & understands Client requirements & needs (Solution/Products , gas volume,Target timeline etc) -Qualifies the Prospect, performs feasibility study of new business opportunity, understands risks if any, prepares business case & presents to management -Meets decision-makers and develops relationships and builds trust Plays Lead role in negotiation & closure of contracts -Co-ordinates with projects team & relevant stakeholder for completion of project within timeline & budget -Takes complete ownership of the Accounts , Ensures Customer Satisfaction level, brings clarity to cross functional activities Ensures contractual terms are followed including Price management -Develops & shares territory business knowledge Identifies and follows gas and non-gas competitors actions in his assigned area Gathers & shares information on upcoming/greenfield projects -Continually strives to improve profitability by price increase, portfolio management, logistics optimisation etc -Keeps track of competition and market developments -Keeps track of and supports development of on-site opportunities Mission/ KPI Increase Annual Revenue by 15-20 PERCENT Improvement in the Gross Margin by 15 PERCENT Manage existing 25 customers and revenue of 270 MINR /year Sign new Contracts 3-4 Nos , Revenue >10 MINR/yr Visit 10 prospects per week

Competencies and Profile 1 Demonstrate responsibility and accountability to achieve stated objectives 2 Sharing ideas and experiences with other members of the Group 3 Ability to write clear, logical and structured communication / document / reports 4 Good verbal / oral expression of ideas in clear, concise and transparent manner 5 Look for safe and reliable solution 6 Relationship building with customers and prospects Qualification Masters / Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Chemical engineering Experience 5 to 8 years of work experience, with min 3 yrs experience in Sales /business development / marketing divisions of Industrial gases
