Job Description:

Core Responsibilities
Responsible for Sales and Distribution & Mobile Apps, reports verification and confirmation of data
1 SAP Sales and Distribution(SD)
- Master Data management Materials Master, Customer Master, Scheme master, Batch search strategy, Tax master, Route Master
- Uploading Material master, customer master, Scheme master, Batch search strategy, Tax master and Route Master through LSMW
- All Sales and Distribution configuration, testing and documentation
- Business process understating, documentation to map the process in the ERP
- Configuration of sales office, Shipping point, Sales organizations, Distribution channels, Divisions and assignments
- Coordination with SD and other functional team members and service providers
- Providing Functional requirement Specifications for process Mapping and new reports development
- Preparation of user role matrix
- Testing the objects thoroughly across the landscape and ensure the objects will not have any Impact in the system
- Update & Circulate Issue log
- Review & Conduct testing on ABAP Developments
- Providing end user training and End user manual preparation

2 Mobile Apps Testing, Master Data management,Implementation & monitoring
- Gathering the requirements from function team to develop the mobile apps
- Testing the mobile apps and confirming functionality with the functional team and development team
- Coordinating with mobile apps vendor to complete the development/to resolve the day to day issue
3 IT Team Management
4 Imparting Training to the IT Team on SAP SD modules & Mobile App
