Job Description

This job will be part of the CSGs Nemo Wireless Network Solutions industry solution team (NWS IST) which is responsible for delivering software-centric air interface measurement and analytics solutions to global wireless market Our customers include all major Mobile Network Operators (MNO), and manufacturers of wireless networks and mobile devices This role will work directly with customers, Keysight sales and applications engineers, solution specialists, colleagues in our IST team, as well as our product development teams to create business plans for selected product/solution/technology focus area This is a blended role of solutions marketing and business development which includes channel enablement and key account management

Job Description
Develops relationships in key MNO accounts to grow new business strategies or further develop current key opportunities Provides market intelligence to assist NWS IST in identifying solutions and opportunities needed by key customers Serves as liaison between sales, marketing, and solution groups and ensures alignment on resources and strategies to create growth within assigned industry segment

Business/Market Intelligence

Industry research to identify market trends and new opportunities
Keeps abreast of competition, competitive issues, industry trends, and new opportunities and products; Provides Outside-in knowledge and expertise
Provides industry insight and thought leader resource across Keysight groups; provides solution expertise for sales/account managers
Understands and regularly reports on market conditions and drivers, including growth rates, technology and market trends, customer needs, opportunities and competitive analysis

Strategic Program Management to Identify and sell Solutions

Owns EMEAI region specific Go-to-market plans for new NWS products/solutions, especially 5G Leads early customer collaboration and engagements around new NWS solutions for existing and new MNO customers
Owns, drives and leads NWS strategic key account management action plans
Influences customers decision making by maintaining strong knowledge of Keysights current HW, SW, and service offerings to effectively articulate and align Keysights solution to the customers needs
In collaboration with field marketing/ business development, provides eco-system expansion programs to scale business to smaller accounts
Progresses and develops specific targeted business around NWS strategic focus

Generate Leads

Supports sales teams to sell NWS solutions, develop new sales funnel, advance key sales opportunities and close key deals
Generates well qualified new leads for the sales groups
Identifies new opportunities for NWS products and solutions
Develops and maintains Industry relationships; Becomes a trusted advisor to customers while challenging their existing thinking
Focuses on opportunities 6-18 months out
Develops new business opportunities across key account ecosystems the focus is on industry leaders

Job Qualifications

Experience & key skills desired

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent, in a technical subject, such as Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
At least 8 years of relevant experience in sales / marketing / business development within the area of mobile telecommunications systems, or relevant experience at mobile network operators Specific expertise in the field of radio access network troubleshooting/optimization/monitoring/benchmarking, including reporting and analytics
Existing personal relationships and contact network within Tier 1 European MNOs is strongly preferred At minimum, demonstrated capability to find, establish, develop and maintain relationships at leadership/executive level
Strong background in mobile network technology from past experience Familiarity with 3GPP-specifications (5G, LTE, WCDMA, GSM)
Fluency in English (spoken and written, C1 level) Other main European language skills are a plus
Effective oral and written communications Ability to deliver effective training to internal stakeholders, solution partners or to enable customers to understand Keysight solution benefits
Ability to work alone or in teams Conscious of deadlines and effective time management skills
Results oriented, demonstrated track record of success delighting customers and delivering solutions to market
25 PERCENT -50 PERCENT travel required
