Additional Requirement
1 Has a good understanding of Direct & Indirect sales
2 Has good knowledge of Geographical market of the assigned territory
3 Has good knowledge and experience of working with Distributors/Large format Retail chain Stores for Water purifier/Kitchen Appliances
4 Has a strong ability to draw and execute localized Sales & distribution Strategy
5 Has good ability of collecting/compiling competition information and analysing
6 Willing to travel extensively
7 Willing to work as a team member
Key Responsibilities
1 Achieving value and volume sales targets in the assigned territory of business
2 Identify right distribution/channel partners in the assigned territory
3 Mapping and acquiring business from the institutional buyers in the assigned territory
4 AR collection and management as per company policy
5 Administering Sales/ Pricing policies to different channel partners as per the company pricing policies
6 Drawing and implementing localized sales strategy for continuous business enhancement
7 Training the sales team of the distributors/retailers in Product knowledge and assigning sales targets to the sales personnel of channel partners and motivating them to achieve the results in the defined time frame
