Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handling Bank Branch for Life Insurance Products

  • Relationship building with employees and branch managers of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation

  • Increase sales of insurance products through assigned Bank Branch and devising plans to increase insurance sales through Banc staff and customers

  • Getting leads from allotted Bank Branch and source business through direct marketing techniques

  • Support branch employees in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc

  • Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others
    Joint Calls with bank branch staff for sales of Insurance Products

  • Training of Branch Employees on regular basis on insurance products

  • Minimum 6+ month Experience
