Job Description:

Sales Manager Any Graduate
3-5 years of experience in personal loan
Ability to Build, motivate and drive the sales team to meet the set targets
Support the sales executives by organizing lead generation activities like building corporate relationships, promotion campaigns etc
Good communication and team management skills Should have managed a team of sales executives for a minimum period of 2 3 years
Has to ensure that each sales executive generates business as per organization productivity matrix
Should be willing to handhold sales executives till they reach the threshold business level

Achieve growth and sales target by effective leadership of the sales team
Design and implement strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and extends its reach
Build strong, lasting customer relationships
Manage field level sales and marketing activities
Present sales revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify new markets and market trends and be abreast of new products and position of competitors
Good communication skills
Effective leadership qualities to motivate team to attain sales targets
Excellent skills in customer relations and team management
