  • Client Empowerment

  • Workshop to educate clients on the CK content library and methodologies

  • Training on how to create new courses

  • CK Academy

  • Updating on the new content addition

  • Updating Clients on new modalities, features which impact learning

  • Internal Team Empowerment This will include Sales and Delivery

  • Self- Learning on CK, Industry and working on building (innovating, upgrading, re- designing) solutions that will have a positive impact on the learning and learning outcome

  • Manage Learning design services at a Corporate level

  • Benchmark the best practices within CrossKnowledge and benchmark outside CrossKnowledge

  • Deliver workshops/Focus group/ special event/conference with LD, HR or Business Partners

  • Train clients on the basics of Change management applied to digital learning strategy

  • Responsibilities


  • Understand the stakes of learning experts key stakeholders and translate them into an efficient learning strategy

  • Deploy innovative learning design and benchmark the best practices within CrossKnowledge

  • Empower / Share learning design best practices (see partners offers as well) with clients

  • Be a counterpart/an ambassador for Solutions (voice of the customer = provide feedback to Solutions RD)

  • Responsible for Revenue Generation

  • Present realistic forecasts achieve the sales

  • Managing complete sales cycle including Introductory Meetings, Demos, Negotiation and Closure

  • Should have an in- depth understanding of each sales prospect, their buying and organizational influences and their decision- making processes

  • Making Presentation with Prospects, Requirement Analysis, Solution Concept mapping, etc

  • Cross Selling Activities with existing clients

  • Build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

  • Role


  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales

  • Knowledge of Solution selling preferably in content space

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Preferred Master degree in business administration or a related field
