Job Description:

Details We are looking for a competitive sales person who can lead a team, has experience selling financial services in Indian market and is be able to help Monexo, a peer- to- peer lending platform, drive key strategic priorities and sustainable growth

Responsibilities Lead business development across all products and all customer segments, viz, borrowers and lenders Develop and track relationships with third party sales partners Define sales strategies and reach targets Monitor metrics like customer conversion rate, revenue collection etc Develop relationships with key public and private stakeholders such as investors, business partners, bureaus and international corporations and create a network of reliable business partners and other key players in the financial ecosystem Motivate and coach sales team to meet targets Own Sales Target and CAC goal Skills/Qualifications 10+ years of sales experience in selling products in India Professional degree from a reputable institution Deep knowledge and understanding of sales and consumer behavior in India Must have managed a large team An energetic, technologically forward thinking, positive and creative individual Excellent interpersonal, persuasive and organizational skills including ability to make important decisions and resolve disputes Must be driven, self- motivated and result- oriented An entrepreneurial spirit who can thrive in a fast- paced, rapidly changing, startup environment,
