Silicon IT Hub Pvt Ltd looking for a high-performing Sales Head The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives

Responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies

Responsible for the overall business strategies for companys marketing and sales activities Hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
Responsible to Construct a road map for future planning in terms of book of business and translate the vision in to action items
Responsible for Defining and executing strategic business plan/s to achieve sales targets and expand companys client base Identify new Line of Business/Divisions in new/existing client accounts
Responsible for Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
Responsible to communicate company value proposition through proposals and presentations
Responsible to gauge/understand business trends and competitors moves
Responsible to provide thought leadership in sales approaches and processes Should share and inspire sales team for organisation-wide vision
Responsible to Hire, train and manage sales and marketing executives, managers to achieve growth objectives
Responsible for recurrent interaction with the marketing, presales, execution and delivery teams to ensure that companys goals, structure and processes are fully aligned with overall sales strategy
Responsible to develop and ensure best practices for efficient sales and marketing team
Candidate should be willing / open to travel abroad if needed

Requirements

Proven sales experience
Must come from an IT Solutions company background with proven experience in selling customized web mobile Application Development Solutions to clients
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organizations
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience in managing team is must
