Job Description:

Role- Sales Head- Global Alliances & Partnerships

Location- Pune

Role Brief-

- Responsible for handling a defined set of Global Accounts with stakeholders in US, Europe and APAC

- Managing Strategic client partnerships with existing Accounts and ensuring growth in existing revenue by doing value proposition based sales

- Ensuring existing clients receive value from companys relationship and are retained YOY

- Manage the account sales strategy and ensure account planning, clubbed with high quality service delivery

- Acquiring new customers / logos by connecting with CEOs, MDs and Decision makers through prospecting hunting new accounts by cold calling, basho emails, referrals, , White spacing etc

- Understanding the challenges and gaps in the clients- Key focus areas and key initiatives

- Helping the CEOs, CMOs and Senior Business Leaders Design & Validate their Go-To-Market Strategies

- Aligning MarketsandMarkets deliverables with CEOs Mission Critical Priorities and becoming a trusted CEO Success Partner

- Upselling and Cross selling companies offerings for closing win-win deals

Candidate Background-

- 14-22 years of experience in strategic sales and partnerships on global scales

- MBA for a premium institute
