Skills and Qualifications -

- Dynamic Individual with a Zeal to contribute and Value Add in a fast paced environment

- Fluent Communication Skills in English language is a Must have

- Minimum 10+ years of industry experience of working with Large Corporations in B2B Enterprise Solution Sales

- Experience of Selling to top management Level (CXO/ VP) of client companies

- Preferred Domains Plant and machinery Sales, Infrastructure Project Sales, Enterprise Software Sales, Consultancy Services Sales

- Experience in Building and Managing a team of Sales managers and Engineers for Pan India Operations and demonstrated the ability to achieve sustained revenue growth YoY

- Strong Experience in Key Account Management

- Experience in Competitor Mapping and tracking

- Experience in Companys Product Positioning in the market with respect to market conditions and competitors strategy

- Experienced in designing of National Level Marketing campaigns (both Online and Offline) and executing them within prescribed budgets and achieving desired results

Job Role Description

- The Sales team will comprise of Several Sales Engineers, Solution Designers and Sales Managers

- Designing and executing Marketing Campaigns in close coordination with in-house marketing team The marketing campaigns will be across various channels such as SEOs, SMOs, Ad-words, Linkedin, Website, Email Blasts, YouTube, Exhibitions, Conferences, Workshops etc to enhance Brand visibility and establish deep client connect with the brand

- Managing the Current team of Sales Engineers, Managers and Solution designers and setup the guidelines in coordination with HR team to identify and add more dynamic resources to the Sales team to fuel companys growth in coming years

- Participating in Client presentations, Proposal Discussions, Negotiations etc and Closing High Value project Orders along side Sales Managers and Engineers

- Reviewing and recommending best practices for Sales Incentive Programs to ensure high level of Team Motivation and stickiness to the company

- Setup strong practices for key Account Management

- Setup strong practices for Competitor mapping/Tracking and recommending actionable steps for the management to help maintain companys edge over local and global competition

- Working closely with CEO/MD to come up with Annual Sales Projections and submitting monthly/quarterly MIS on Sales Pipeline, Orders Lost, Orders
