Position Graphics Communications Franchise Print Specialist

Location Saint John, NB

Purpose

Position Objectives

The Graphic Communications Sales Specialist (GCSS) will provide account management skills, sales expertise and sales administration support The GCSS will be expected to work very closely with the AGM (Account General Manager) in the field to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and direction for the account The AGM will depend on the Specialist to develop relationships with additional influencers inside of the accounts while they work the C level relationship The GCSS will market entry level production solutions, and/or office solutions - both color and monochrome This will involve outbound sales activities with both new and existing clients This position will be concerned not only with short term sales activity within an account, but also with developing and implementing a longer term strategy to ensure Xerox will retain the account and secure future business

Major Responsibilities

Achieve sales revenue and call activity targets

Provide monthly outlooks to the AGM

Maintain CRM Database (update all sales related activity real-time)

Provide existing account coverage and development of non-user accounts

Meet Xerox Customer Satisfaction goals by effectively engaging the right internal resources to rectify customer issues in a timely manner

Understand and aggressively pursue the customer requirements and operations Become a part of the customer team, fostering a greater partnership in delivering solutions to meet their business issues

Consistently update the customer on new developments and solutions from Xerox that provide value to their organizations

Aggressively pursue personal learning to ensure that sales and support efforts provide value to the customer and Xerox

Relationship building and excellent communication skills

Selling Skills (Prospecting, Qualifying, Presentation, Negotiating, Closing)

Strong understanding of IMP1 Billing/Credit/OTI/XEEP

Experience managing Timely Implementations Coordination of Analysts/trainers

Contract understanding Rental/Lease/Cash - customizations within account

Interacting with Business Analysts on pricing, reporting, etc

Qualifications

Candidate Education minimum High School Diploma

Candidate Education Preferred Bachelors Degree

Skills, Knowledge & Ability (minimum requirements)

Strong communication and customer relations skills

Demonstrate sales aptitude; aggressive, persuasive, good listener, self-motivated

Knowledge of Graphics Communications and experience selling into Franchise Print is an asset

Good mathematical ability

Well organized; Effective time and activity management skills

Ability to work flexible hours (to cover all time zones)

Strong verbal communication skills

Mature and self-confident with the ability to work under pressure

Intermediate level user of all Microsoft Office Applications

Ability to prioritize work, with attention to detail
