Position Overview and Job responsibility

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

  • Perform secondary research to gather information about the contacts, assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities

  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

  • Engage with managers to understand the current technology deployed and business applications used in organization with a perspective of understanding gaps

  • Ensure assigned needs and expectations of customers are met

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest 

  • Understand customer needs and requirements 

  • Perform effective online demos to prospects 

  • Close sales and achieve targets 


    Skill Set required

  • Should be Graduate

  • Excellent phone communication and business correspondence skills

  • Should be target achieving

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day 

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer orientation
