Job Description

Job Title Solution Sales Director

Location Remote (Anywhere in US)

Position Type Full Time

The individual in this role will establish business relationships with new customers, expand relationships with existing customers and position OSI Digital as a trusted advisor Must be able to define actionable account plans, effectively manage sales processes and work with channel partners You must accel in dynamic people-based cultures, thriving both individually and as a member of a team

Responsibilities and Duties

Achieve revenue goals across new and existing accounts
Find, open, and grow new accounts in conjunction with delivery leads and solution architects
Balance sales across OSIs service lines, including Business Applications, Application Development, Infrastructure, Integration and Data Analytics
Preparing and delivering sales collateral and customer presentations
Effectively collaborate with counterparts in delivery, inside sales and marketing
Foster relationships with channel partners and collaborate on co-selling opportunities
Support marketing events by promoting within client base and driving attendance
Work with OSI management to define growth strategies
Complete sales training related to channel partner products including Oracle, Tableau, Salesforce, Boomi, and others
Maintain information about the clients and prospects in the CRM system (SalesForcecom), including information on sales opportunities and their progress to closure

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors Degree or higher
5 years experience in consultative, solution sales
Experience selling business and technology solutions to Fortune 1000 companies
A focused approach to meeting and exceeding targets (both individually and through a team)
Experience in writing proposals, negotiation and presentations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Experience managing multiple sales engagements simultaneously and effectively
Success generating ongoing face-to-face sales activity in a geographic territory
Proven ability to prospect and identify new potential revenue opportunities
Proven ability to lead an effective sales process and close new business
Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales
Exceptional communication skills & professionalism
Must be able to thrive and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
