We believe in challenging you, then providing you the room and flexibility to deliver EFI is looking for a Sales Development Manager for our flagship product Nozomi which is taking the corrugated industry by storm We want the best and we are looking for a superstar, as a result, the location of this role is flexible

In this role you will be responsible for developing, leading and closing sales of the EFI Nozomi C18000 platform in South East Asia region The candidate should be fully conversant in the corrugated world and experience in the larger packaging industry would be a huge advantage
You will be responsible for the regions corrugated revenue growth, utilization and profitability, introduction of new services offerings and software such as EFIs Corrugated Suite while partnering with the customer to educate the market and drive their success The position will report to the Sales Director for Asia Pacific, who is located at Hong Kong

Main Duties and Responsibilities Develop new business for EFI Nozomi products and services while expanding business in existing accounts Accountable for selling Nozomi directly to end users or through local referral agents/partners within the assigned territory
Develop new business which involves working with companies transitioning from analog to Digital priniting

Build a sustainable pipeline and over-achieve quarterly and annual quota objectives Expand EFIs position in the assigned country/region through our Corrugated Eco-System Perform prospecting activities and maintain a sufficient base of prospects that will enable completion of sales targets Prospecting activities include cold calling, proposal preparation, product demonstrations, customer analysis and needs assessments Prepare professional proposals to address specific customer requirements Maximize all leads & opportunities to increase deal number and size and accelerate the buying process Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values Ensure that the organization objectives are achieved through seamless collaboration of all sales support organizations likely marketing, customer experience centre, services and support, logistics etc Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments Forecasting covers / includes direct opportunities and channel / partner opportunities Develop and execute Major account strategies Develop and execute market entry and competitive account strategies; Ensure 100 PERCENT customer satisfaction management with account(s)
Job Requirements Ability to identify, develop, negotiate and close multi-million dollar deals Has worked with companies who are moving from analog to digital printing
Ability and experience in selling high value capital equipment

Experience of working in diverse regions with success throughout Minimum 10 years sales experience with proven track record of successful sales performance in the Print Industry with solid background in the corrugated and packaging space; Strong track record of creating a account strategy, defining the product requirements, and delivering the product to market that exceeds objectives; Strong technical acumen; ability to understand EFI and other digital printing hardware, software and applications technology, and translate that knowledge into an actionable, clear deliverable to the field; Highly dynamic and motivated professional with excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills; Proactive and autonomous; with experience of matrixed management styles Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organization; Knowledge and understanding of the market trends; Education BA, BS, MBA or equivalent We move quickly, with the purposeful intention of solving a problem, accomplishing a goal, and ultimately making a difference for our customers, partners, colleagues and shareholders, EFI SPRINTers take action and adapt to changes in order to transform our customers businesses to be more productive and profitable through innovation in a digital print business
