1Proper Documentation, Co-ordination and execution of complete sales process right from Enquiry to Final Order
2Preparing sales orders in SAP received from sales team as well as customers and provide dispatch details to customers/Sales team
3Coordinate with Regional Heads and Sales Executives as a back office supporter in every marketing aspect
4Attending Sales Enquiries, Customer calls & Complaints
5Preparing Quotations in SAP, Maintaining records of Final Quotations
6Ensuring timely actions for meeting timely customers demands and expectations
7Co-ordination with Production Department at factory for timely production and dispatch of material
8Taking advance payments
9Preparing Outstanding Statement and Pending C Form Statement, Sending Reminders for the same
10Follow up with Sales office team (Area-wise) for Pending Orders, Qu tations, Issues and Enquiries
11Coordinating with HO
