Leading a team that has the broadest knowledge of all Cloud IT architects, covering all layers of the architecture and all functional domains

The Enterprise Cloud Architect team is one of the most senior customer-facing architecture role within Oracle and is critical to the relationship between the customer and Oracle The Enterprise Cloud Architect acts as a bridge between the needs of the customer to the Cloud solutions and Cloud services that Oracle may bring to bear to deliver value to the customer The Enterprise Cloud Architect provides leadership within Oracle across the various lines of business to ensure that Oracles value offerings to the customer are feasible, consistent, effective and aligned to the customer need

Manager

Translates Ideas into deliverable architectural approaches that are repeatable

Applies widest variety of Cloud architecture experience within Oracle and outside of Oracle

Leads Cloud architecture engagements in large accounts

Customer-wide Vision and Strategy for Cloud

Converts Ideas into Enterprise Cloud Roadmaps

Create an actionable roadmap to prioritize change and develop realistic, realizable plans for execution

Fosters advocacy - continues contact with customer after the Cloud sale through adoption, deployment, and value review

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle

As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products Participates in account planning and strategy development May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles Works with management to define new products Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers May interact with senior management Demonstrated leadership skills Strong presentation skills Ability to travel as needed BA/BS degree or equivalent
