Business Development Manager Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline Any other qualification/ degree in sales and marketing will be an added advantage He / She should have minimum 1- 3 years of experience in Business Development The person should have the ability to work independently or with limited supervision Candidate will be dealing with Indian/ Domestic market The profile needs lot of traveling so incumbent should comfortable to travel all over Required Skills

Ability to perform under high work pressure

Ability to think outside the box to bring new and compelling business opportunities

Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to absorb and present large amounts of information through various forms of communication

Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Exceland Basic HTML

1) Business Development through acquisition of clients and generate the revenue

2) Responsible for identifying customer needs and assessing their risk appetite

3) Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the company on a monthly basis

4) Excellent communication skills, winning attitude are mandatory

5) Good understanding of capital/ commodity market
