Sales and Service Head

Commissioning / erection / installation of Compressors Planning the execution of servicing activity, observing standard procedures for service and considerably reducing down time Preparing documents regarding servicing history of machines & using it as useful reference to resolve future issues Ensure customer satisfaction by providing service/ AMC/ machine breakdown solutions Designing and implementing systems and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall after sales service operations Managing Monthly sales target achievement Sales forecasting & planning Deploying schemes for revenue maximization Collecting data on market movement, new projects and market segment, market analysis Implementing strategy, scope, process and programs related to creating demand the divisions products within assigned market Managing cross-functional team to support organizational goals as well as providing significant and positive impact to shortterm, mid-range and long-term sales and service targets Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience - Minimum 10 years experience in compressors maintenance, service, commission and installation

Salary -7 L - 10 L per annum

Qualification -BTech Mech / Diploma in Mech & Autocad

Technical Sales Manager

Having good experience and knowledge in Compressors, Compressors spare parts Achieve incremental sales growth targets Research and identify potential sales opportunities Establish long-term business relationships with customers Maintain an organized database of customer and order information Manage expense budget, call reports, pick-up and delivery tickets Maintain customer accounts by making weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly in-person visits Team Handling Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience -5- 10 years experience in Compressors and Compressors spare parts sale (mandatory), Refinary / Petrochemicals, CNG, Railways, Equipment sales, industrial sales

Salary -6L - 9L per annum

Qualification - BTech Mech / Diploma in Mech & Autocad

Technical Sales Engineer

Having good experience and knowledge in Compressors, Compressors spare parts Achieve incremental sales growth targets Cold Calling, Lead Geneartion Enquiry follow up Establish long-term business relationships with customers Maintain an organized database of customer and order information Maintain customer accounts by making weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly in-person visits

Experience - 3 - 5 years experience in Compressors Spare parts sale, equipment sales, industrial sales

Salary -3 L - 5 L per annum

Qualification -BTech Mech / Diploma in Mech & Autocad
