Preferred Qualifications

Reporting to the EMEA and JAPAC SaaS Customer Success Sr Director Enablement and Readiness, you will be leading a team of Readiness Managers focused on creating and implementing programs and enablement activities to Customer Success Managers internationally

You will bring experience in people management and the ability to lead projects and programs You have proven success in coaching and mentoring team members with a desire to develop talents

Overview

Oracles SaaS Customer Success organization enables our customers to achieve the highest business value and profit from their investment in Oracle Cloud The organization includes Customer Success Managers that are driving value realization to SaaS Customers by providing services such as Success Plan, Business Review and Value Adoption As part of this organization, the Enablement and Readiness Team is responsible to implement programs and enablement activities to Customer Success Managers Your role is to lead the Readiness Team with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered within the agreed scope, time and quality As part of the role, you will need to work on the enablement of CSMs on the GTM strategy and soft skill development

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Hire, develop and retain a team of Readiness Managers across EMEA and JAPAC

Manage the execution of Readiness activities linked to the organizational objectives

Foster an atmosphere of continuous learning, quality, improvement, and innovation

Manage the performance of the team

Ensure high quality standards in the deliverables of the programs and enablement activities

Align with the organizational objectives of the Enablement overall Team

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across LOBs

Align with different stakeholders including CS Regional Leaders and CS Front Line Managers in EMEA and JAPAC

Skills

5 years of relevant Programs or Enablement experience
Strong people management skills in terms of coaching and develop talents
Leadership, drive for results and can do attitude and a mindset towards continuous process improvement and innovation
Experience in defining and leading Enablement and PM frameworks
Strong, proven collaboration and verbal and written communication skills
Polished presentation skills and executive presence
Demonstrated experience working in a matrix / multi-level management structure
Proven experience building diverse teams, highly inclusive leadership style, managing people, performance, and processes
Proficiency in Oracle solutions, competitors, technology, and business models preferred
Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities

Qualifications

BA/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience

Fluency in spoken and written English, desirable additional language skills in other European Languages

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client

Drive operational performance goals and will be responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations Build team, improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds goals Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division Builds on going customer relationships to drive renewals, maximize timely renewals and up sell to the client Drives client issue resolution by bringing the appropriate resources in to assist or escalating to VP

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs Prefer 10 years of professional experience with at least 2 years People Manager experience Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems Experience managing high level client relationships and escalations Industry experience is desired
