Job Title Regional Sales Manager

Define the Role

- Manage city teams - Daily course correction

- Demand generation across multiple channels

- Flawless adherence of processes

Day to Day

1 S/he will be responsible for day to day rigour and course correction across cities at a very granular level - SM X Cluster X Lender X Value slabs This involves meetings and other channels

2 S/he must be very strong in data analytics and should be able to convert data into knowledge and executable insights and should be able to pre-emptively identify trends - both macro and micro across cities

3 S/he will own up the target setting at channel level in 5-15 city format and drive city teams to attain the same for the month

4 S/he will tie up with the NSM to give regular inputs to improve and better the performance through SM App

5 S/he will give regular inputs to the Sales design guy to bring about efficiency in the funnel

6 S/he will have to tie up and drive and push inter team verticals (Opener/Scheduler/Ops) for achieving the targets effectively

7 S/he will influence the right incentive str across the layers in Sales

8 Bias for action and ability to be comfortable in Chaos

9 S/he should have experience of managing multi city format with direct/indirect stake holder buy -ins


- One skill set Daily rigour in a cross functional environment

Other skills

- Extraction of efficiency from own team & Inter team

- Past exp of owning generation of demand across multiple channels

- Insight extraction from data and execution in high velocity


- 5-12 years of exp in sales, Regional Role + Start-up

- Managed a team of 10 - 30 direct reportes - Across multiple cities

- Designation - RSM, ASM, State Head

- Companies - With high sales rigour

- FMCG/Telecom
