Job Requirements

Any graduate with min 5 years of experience from Similar industry

Key Responsibilities

Understands client contracts and billing procedures
Tracks and reports costs & expenses and Manages project budget
Ensures timely and accurate invoicing by Accounts Department and monitors receivables for project
Analyzes project revenue and profitability
Identifies resources needed and works with all agency functions to assign individual responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Ensures progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately & get reports from supervisors
Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals
Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management
Troubleshoot technical issues when the need arises, and reporting appropriately as needed
Co-ordinate with Govt Officials for Project related issues & resolve the same and submit Project Development Reports accordingly
Co-ordinate with Support Staff (HR & IT) for delivery of project related required materials
Ensure Customer excellence and timely delivery of projects
Prepares and presents technical reports and project presentations
Organizes and conducts project team meetings
Identifies and documents opportunities to integrate IT systems and resources to fulfill Project Requirements
Work with HR staff to recruit, interview, select and hire manpower as per Project Requirement
Vendor Management, rate negotiations & procurement for IT Materials required for Project
Maintain & take care of the Equipment used in Project at client site
Defining the task, purpose or goal for Team
Clearly briefing the team on the aims and the plan of action and setting the standards
Ensuring on timing & progress and ensuring all actions are moving towards desired end results
Clarifying the task and the plan as the project makes progress
Sharing new information with the team and keeping them informed of developments
Discussing ideas and suggestions within the group and checking the feasibility of ideas, testing the consequences & proposed solutions
