Job Description:

Demonstrate use of strategies to build appropriate candidate pipelines to meet client hiring goals

Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, and referrals

Act as an expert for a functional area (s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements

Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, basic qualifications

Interviews applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills

Analysis of candidate skills vs job requirements

Effectively negotiate and communicate offers Pro-active in ensuring a positive candidate / applicant experience, regardless of status or outcome,
