Job Description:

  • Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially and ensuring timely disbursement of loan documents to the customer

  • Sourcing Business Housing Loan/LAP OD/LAP TL/Business Loan and implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes through bank branches and DSA s

  • Recruiting DSAs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving towards Bank goals

  • Cross-sell Business Loan to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition

  • Managing RL branch network/DSAs/DMA and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Cross-sell Business Loan to existing customers by way of Gold Loan, renewal and fresh acquisition

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience under retail asset sale from Semi-urban & rural market

  • Good understanding of customer profile especially the self-employed customers, markets and products

  • Experience in Managing Distribution Channels (DSA/DMA/DST)

  • Strong relationship building skills as job requires interaction with various Retail Liabilities branches and DSA/ Channels for business

QualificationGraduate/ MBA preferred
