Job Description:



  • Achieve new car finance volume and other products target by managing various relationships assigned, including, authorized dealers of automobile manufacturers like Honda, Toyota & Mercedes

  • Identify and develop new relationships for generating business

  • Supervise and guide sales team assigned for managing relationships and act as intermediary between internal and external customers Get right and quality manpower to source business

  • Regular training and updates to sales team and business partners with the aim of improving quality and TAT, resulting in higher volume and strong business relations with channel partners

  • Monitoring approvals and disbursement TAT so as to remain competitive without compromising on Company s norms & policies

  • Developing new channels

  • Managing the relationship with existing channels

  • Generating volume from channels

  • Handling the sales executives team

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Relationship Management Skill

  • MBA preferred with minimum one year job experience

  • Graduates welcome with minimum 2 years of work experience
