Job Description:

Leading Bank is looking for Manager and Chief Manager for locations - Rajkot, Indore, Vadodra, Nagpur

- Relationship management and complete ownership for mapped clients for renewals, liaising with internal support groups such as Treasury, Commercial Banking etc for day to day operations and regular monitoring of exposure

- Managing banking and financial needs of Corporate & ultra HNI clients, retaining & enhancing advisory relationships

- Wealth management services through range of products which includes

a Corporate Banking (both Fund & Non-Fund based facilities like Term Loans, Working Capital, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee etc

b Ensuring quality of portfolio by the lookout for stress signs in the client operations/activity and address them

c Analyze the early stress signs and develop strategy with the stakeholders to avoid potential NPA and keep the account healthy

- Evaluation of financial and industry analysis, peer comparison, credit rating and market reference checks

- Structuring asset product mix (fund and non-fund) ensuring internal and external compliance and policies

- Responsible for the growth of portfolio (organic and inorganic), ensuring that the targets are met and there is availability of an increased revenue stream

- To execute cross sell efforts as per focus of the bank at any given point in time

- Responsible for mentoring and shadowing new recruits
