Urgent hiring for Relationship Manager- Direct | Sales Development Manager- Bancassurance | Business Development Manager- Agency

Currently hiring Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and across India

Salary depends on experience and location

 




  • Has to manage a branch/bank for sales of Life Insurance Products

  • Has to go in field with bank branch manager / relationship managers for sale of life insurance products to branch customers

  • Train &motivate the branch employees on timely basis on product and new developments

  • Has to source business from bank referrals and personal referrals also

  • Login and Conversion of Life Insurance 

  • Ensuring productivity on monthly basis




    • Communication Strategy and publishing inference reports on regular basis with them


  • Drive Autopay Registration and Renewal %

  • Manage the field officers of vendors for servicing customers and observe efficiency

  • Lead the HNI Portfolio Management along with stakeholders

  • Participate in Payment avenues installation projects & promoting low cost transactions

  • Auditing quality of business and preparing persistency improvement strategy with stakeholders

  • Focus on positive NPS for the business models
