Job Profile

- Reporting to Head - PSU & IFA Channel and Head Institutional Sales

- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets by managing distribution relationships including PSU banks, IFAs, National Distrbitors/Banks and Institutional Clients Company at its discretion may add more verticals channel

- Lead/manage the team of sales and sales support staff responsible for assigned channel

- Ensure effective and smooth relationship management with assigned corporates /distributors in the area for growth in business

- Developing business through consultative engagement with Key IFAs, Branch Managers / Senior RMs of BOB and other important position in the respective organisations

- Nurture existing Institutional clients and develop relationship with prospective clients

- Market & industry analysis

- Influence decision making at senior levels of prospective business organizations

Candidate Profile

- Proven performance track record (sales)

- Key account management skills

- Exposure to MF industry

- Should have an eye for detail

- Good communicational abilities and pleasing personality

- Product knowledge

- Market knowledge / extensively networked

- Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally

Requisite Qualification Preferably a Management Graduate (MBA or equivalent)

Mandatory NISM certification
