Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals Assisting sales personnel in their techniques Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements The regional sales manager provides ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service Creating a sales team for the region and manages a sales team in the specified area and should be a team player Overall responsibility for managing both the revenue and cost elements of a companys income statement, known as profit & loss (P&L) responsibility A regional sales manager ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team Required Candidate profileFunctional Area- Insurance/Consumer Durables/Electronic Trade/TelecomWork Experience 5 years in Sales & 3 years experience in Team Handling MBA from Business InstituteMust have five or more years experience in sales Minimum three years experience of team handlingPerks and Benefits BEST ON Industry
