Job Description 1) Deploy yearly sales plan, firm up the plans monthly and yearly, model wise, evolve score cards, develop dealer sales plan and communicate to dealer

2) Develop strong business relationship with Dealership Principals and Dealers Management team and drive the sales

3)Prepare sales promotions plan in consultation with dealer/financiers, aligned to Zones marketing plan

The Successful Applicant 1) Aggressive sales professional,good hold in construction & mining industry

2) Experience in handling large customer accounts-customer acquisition & retention

3) Propose and penetrate in market by achieving new large accounts and ensuring vehicle performance at the time of sales is delivered

4) A candidate with minimum 15 years of experience in and around construction & mining industry and heavy commercial vehicle industry
