Job Description:

Summary Role Profile/Job Responsibilities -

1 Managing the team of Area Sales Managers to drive sales & penetration for the region

2 Prepare regional strategy to increase penetration through close interaction with BAL RMs & dealers and ensure execution of penetration through Area Sales Manager & team

3 Ensure quality business sourcing through constant series of checks & balances & through interaction with Prayas team & area manager

4 Helping CBM with allocation of target & mapping dealer, ASM & frontline sales team wise targets & ensure adherence to the same

5 Approve the DMAs/CSMs as recommended by ASM & cross verify all documentation

6 To Manage relationships with BAL RMs & large dealers

7 To understand future risk scenarios of possible new dealers & termination of existing dealers including their credit worthiness & inform CBMs accordingly

8 Ensure market benchmark wrt various promotion/incentive schemes by competition & suggest best practises/changes to CBM

9 Work closely with RCU team & continuously look at processes to reduce noncompliance & process laps and be a whistle blower Eg Review all documents pertaining to customers, DMA empanelment , dealer related documents, compliance related documents & recommend accordingly

10 Understand & prepare strategy basis centralised report & help CBM to frame short & long-term strategy dealer/location/state wise

Key Performance Area - Target Achievement

1 Responsible for achieving volume targets for the region on quarterly basis through the team of Area Sales Manager

2 Maintain the product ratio (fuel wise, permit market wise) as set in the target

3 Responsible for the re finance project of re furbish and re finance achieving the repossession to re finance ratio

Sales Penetration

1 Responsible for overlooking increase in number of finance customers across the region on quarter to quarter basis (penetration) through ASMs

2 Responsible for increasing rural sales on quarter on quarter basis through ASMs & team

3 Responsible for exploring opportunity and enrolling of DDF partners to increase sales

Quality Improvement

1 Responsible for process/compliance adherence across the region

2 Ensuring capability building in the team to adhere to all the quality parameters set and enable team to deliver them within the set targets

3 Ensuring the deliverance of TAT

Team Management

1 Responsible for training and development of the Area Sales Managers

2 Coordinating with training team to improve team performance

3 Resolving queries of team and guiding them to achieve 100% targets
