Overall responsibility of sales leadership & management, strategic planning, business growth in the assigned territory
Ensure growth of Orange Business Services business, in System Integration, in line with assigned budgets
Oversee the long term sales growth and strategy in assigned Accounts along with new business development
Improving market coverage, profitability, customer satisfaction
preparation of an annual business plan and monitoring of performance against established targets
preparation of solution pipeline and order forecasts with periodic status
Manage the Account Managers in the region and drive key result areas
Prioritize sales opportunities and execution of delivery
Develop new opportunities and sources of revenue generation in the assigned territory
Identify, define and qualify opportunities to ensure growth in key accounts in the region
Develop focused Strategic Account Plans for named accounts
End to end responsibility of managing sales deals and selling at the highest level
Drive Consultative sales in the area of System Integration
Align sales team to work with Presales, partner managers, domain specialists and delivery teams to develop new opportunities with existing customers and also develop new logos
Execution of quick Order processing and timely payment collection
Ability to engage and partner with customers, vendors and third parties to support AM s create winning financial and business solutions in a competitive marketplace
Drive creation of compelling customer- specific propositions by creatively bundling our services capability and those available through third party vendors
Proactively drive innovation and value- creation for the customer by bringing intellectual value and consultative advice to key customers
Achieve delivery of committed sales targets through active participation in reviewing sales opportunities, in networking with potential customers senior management members and in driving the closure of the deals
Customer facing, develop and negotiate commercially and financially sound contracts that provide high value to both Orange Business Services and its customer throughout the full life cycle of the contract with accommodation for growth
Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
Manage regional relationships with Key OEM / Services partners such as Cisco, HP, Dell, Microsoft, Avaya, Juniper etc and work jointly with their regional sales leaders in creating opportunities
Financial understanding including ability to understand and articulate deal impact to company and customer financial objectives
Maintain a high degree of knowledge forOrange Business Services products, services and solutions

Must have extensive experience in -
- Leading teams of both hunters and farmers
- New Account development and pusuit strategy
proven expertise in selling infrastructure solutions to enterprises
Well established CXO relationship in the region and within client base
Well established relationships with OEM / partner sales teams of key partners like Cisco, HP, Dell, Microsoft, Avaya
Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
Strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and Excellent motivational skills
Result oriented and self driven

Bachelor s degree with Post graduate in management (Desirable)
