PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The EMEA NORTH Customer Office is searching for a Regional Quality Director who can lead customer escalations to successful conclusion and remove roadblocks for sales in accounts across EMEA North

The ideal candidate has experience from transforming IT organizations into hybrid system landscape with a mix of on-premise platforms, private cloud solutions and public cloud services eg as a Chief Enterprise Architect combined with strong Project Management skills or with a former role as Service and Support Partner

The ideal candidate must have strong commercial savvy, be eloquent and possess excellent presentation skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships at C level

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Proactively guide customers in implementation best practices and establish long term trusted relationships with customer executives
Respond to business-critical opportunities or escalations in the high-end segment of SAPs customer portfolio or on request from the regional president and MDs based on the Regional Customer Office triage process
Promote the SAP Brand and Implementation Best Practices through the SAP Quality Awards
Drive organizational change to optimize business processes Act as the regional voice in the LoBs and global functions including HEC-Delivery, SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba, SAP Customer Experience GRC, MCC and MCS
Drive regional taskforces to respond to business-critical threads
Support and Mentor Customer Success Executive in the Customer First transformation

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Masters in Business Administration minimum required
Fluent in English with a 2nd European language highly desirable
Excellent organizational change management skills, business strategy planning and program/project management skills (PMP-preferred)
Strong problem structuring and solving skills paired with a high level of energy, resilience, intelligence
