Job Description:

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with corporate office and carry out day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies, as needed)
Assist in regional personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Communicate with public services offices when necessary
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Conduct training programs at region, hub and other offices from time to time
Propose talent enhancement and engagement activities
Requirements
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communications skills
Hands on exposure to training delivery
Should be open to travel, atleast, 15-18 Days a month
Qualification Graduate/ PG/ Any/ incumbents from training houses/ consultants preferred
Candidates will be offered around 250 LPA to 4 LPA
