HR & Admin Consultant, Ahemdabad

Responsibilities of the Regional HR/Admin Manager

Supervise daily operations of employees of your region in a congenial work atmosphere
o Monitoring and reviewing of various processes and to ensure the same are as per SLAs
o Productivity benchmarks to be established in consultation with Principal Managers for all processes handled by staff in your locations
o Productivity to be assessed and monitored on a continuous basis of employees in conjunction with Mentors
o Performance in terms of quality output to be monitored
o Good performers to be identified and recognized/rewarded
o Poor performers to be identified and counseled / appropriate action in consultation with HR to be initiated in case there is no improvement
o Compliance of Internal process /procedures and avoidance of concurrence audit remarks

Ensure adequate headcount resources are available on the floor as per the budgeted headcount as approved by the principal Fincon departmet for the respective cost centers
o Liaise with Corporate HR / hiring team to have the required resources available on-time
o Maintain excellent rapport with Institutes/Placement centres
o Arrange for written tests and interviews
o Complete joining formalities as per company guidelines for selected candidates (including KYC documents)
o Complete reference checks for all selected candidates
o Ensure salary accounts are opened for all new staff

TRAINING
o Induction Training to be conducted for all new staff within one month of joining

LEAVE
o Leave Administration
o Co-ordinate for leave records with Mentors on a monthly basis for salary computations

Overall supervision of employees performance appraisals as per laid down HR policies from time to time

Employee Interactions
o Structured and documented minutes with Mentors/ Unit Managers on a regular basis
o Regular interaction with employees to understand and address their issues/concerns
o Minutes of such meetings to be forwarded to Corporate Office for escalation/follow up and monitoring

Compliance of Shops & Establishment and Labour Laws requirement from time to time in consultation with Corporate HR / ER team
o Ensure all labour laws in the region are complied with
o Ensure Shop and Establishment licenses are procured in all eligible cases
o Develop good rapport with regulators in the region

APPRAISALS
o Ensure with mentors that appraisals for all eligible staff are conducted in a fair manner
o Overall supervision of employees performance appraisals as per laid down HR policies from time to time

MIS
o Monthly MIS on staff attrition and recruitment to be sent to Corporate Office
o Monthly MIS on ESIC sub codes obtained and ESIC insurance numbers obtained to be sent to Corporate Office

ADMINISTRATION
o Ensure that all staff have proper infrastructure to work
o Ensure that the working conditions are in compliance with labour laws of the region

Salary INR 7,50,000 - 8,00,000 PA
