Job Description:

POSITION Regional Commercial Officer
Job Location - Ahmedabad
1 Material planning and arranging against orders in hand
2 Reconciliation of Pending Order Status
3 Responsible for coordination on Supply Chain Management from Head Office, Factory & Vendors
4 Coordination in deployment of installation staff for timely delivery & satisfactory installation of the products
5 Liasioning between the branch & the customers for satisfactory installation & timely & timely completion of
6 Supervision of quality & quantity deliveries at various locations
7 Ensuring completion of all documentation requirements of entiry forms, challans & satisfactory reports etc
8 Identifying local vendors for supply of quality products within reasonable prices
9 Ensuring timely payment to all vendors, suppliers & transporters
10 Identifying reliable & reasonable rates charged by the transporters
11 Ensuring compliance of various statutory requirements at sites, customers etc
12 Hiring temporary staff for deliveries & installation of products
13 Assisting the branches on collection of outstanding statutory forms like TDS Forms, C Forms etc
14 Co-ordinating for entire insurance work in case of need
15 ERP exposure to support Accountant & provide backup
