Introduction An exciting opportunity in executing the strategy at a Regional level in one of the fastest growing Fintech Companies in India The candidate will work closely with the head of SBU & be the ears & eyes for the Assets business for the Unicorn in the making Responsibilities 1 Own responsibility of driving Loan sales for the Region 2 Ensure activation of Digital Partners (DP) on digital platform 3 Draw an overall training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations by clearly articulating & communicating Sales Incentives 4 Design and deliver learning intervention to increase production & productivity by ensuring effective knowledge management 5 Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions of Sales Teams & DPs, using a wide variety of training methods, like webinars, classroom training et al 6 Provide opportunities for ongoing engagement & business development 7 Continuously provide feedback from the ground on products, process & client experience, with regular benchmarking respective metrics 8 Regularly plan & execute marketing campaigns on the ground 9 Ensure execution of specific projects through proper planning, scheduling and hand holding 10 Set up hypothesis-driven product experiments and analyze results Requirements a) 7 - 10 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the Financial Services / Service Industry (MBA preferred) b) Training Delivery/ Facilitation c) Comfortable on excel - Reporting and MIS d) Good Communication, Analytical & Project Management Skills e) Must possess the ability to converse, handle and operate with internal/external stakeholders, trainers, clients and vendors/partners f) Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, listening, writing and presentation skills g) Take initiative and respond quickly to client requests and completely own customer success h) Be able and willing to travel to meet clients & sales teams
