Job Description of Regional Advisor Trainer
Conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive along with senior representatives

Determines training needs by travelling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers

Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources

Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions

Supports training financial objectives & controlling costs

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Schedules all branch level training programs and publishes the calendar as per the system

Maintains a record of all training programs and participants and publishes relevant MIS

Remains abreast of all advisors, agency partners and employees visvis the gaps in training needs and designs a developmental plan covering all of them

Publish sales ideas & conduct Sales Skill Training Programs

Objective/JD Ensure development of team, productand business

Activation and Promotion of inactive advisers

Experience 8/10 years Hardcore Training Experience

Skill Communication, Content Development, Relationship,

Travel Willing to travel 15-20 days a month
