Job Title Manager - Inventory / Cluster Head

Reports To Regional Head

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

1) Identify and develop new market opportunities, makes recommendations based on emerging trends, opportunities, and threats

2) Own the supply plan for the designated region in order to meet the business plan and goals

3) Responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue maximization, market share improvement

4) Manages and maintains Group and Transient inventories, updated knowledge on industry trends and periodic market researches

5) Act as the organizations first level manager to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships with bus operators for the benefit of the organization

6) Develop unique ways to grow the business with your customers and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges

Operational Efficiencies

1) Manage a supply team comprising of 5-8 AMs / IEs and ISEs across the designated geography

2) He / She is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of operations, sign up new bus operators and maintaining relations with the existing ones

3) Should be up to date with the market knowledge of intercity bus travel and ensure that all opportunities to grow rebuss market share are tapped

4) Engage Bus operators and increase participation in the redBus marketplace by effectively promoting all seller side products/platforms

5) Ensure all issues pertaining to bus operators are resolved ethically and amicably

6) Address and resolve all escalated customer issues and continuously work towards improving NPS for the region

7) Coordinate and follow up with all cross-functional teams

8) Strengthen the relationship with existing / new business partners & other relevant stakeholders

1) Bus Operators

2) Partners and agencies

3) Government departments

Eligibility

- Bachelors degree required, MBA is preferred with 3-4 years of experience in BD / Sales with a minimum of 2 years of team management experience

- Good Key account management and negotiation skills

- Interested/willing to travel extensively in the assigned State / Territory

- Effective communication skills and

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams

- An inclination for numbers and analytics

- Very strong people management
