Do you want to be a critical first point of contact to all the parties involved in the recruitment process

As a key member of the Experienced & Campus Recruitment team, you will provide vital business support to the recruiters and hiring managers delivering a broad range of administration, organizational and logistical services

You will reports into the Administration Team Lead based in Wroclaw

You will be further supported by centralized global services providing administrative and interview scheduling assistance enabling you to focus on delivering a consultative service to your client group and developing deep subject matter knowledge

You will be responsible for

Supporting the recruiters in your area and their management team with administrative, organizational and logistical tasks

Preparation and review of contracts

Handling of the onboarding of new joiners either internal transfers, international transfers, temp to perms or external hires

Coordinating the delivery of contracts to internal and external candidates

Organizing meetings and providing support with internal events

Ensuring data quality in the applicant tracking systems and other systems as required

Completing regular reports as required

Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all involved parties ensuring regular communication and updates are provided

Effective and efficient management of day to day queries and raising of issues

You Offer

To be successful in this role, you will have
Relevant experience within a coordinating function or recruitment environment
Solid MS-Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with different levels of seniority
Strong team spirit, service-oriented, organizational skills and an eye for detail
Positive process-driven and enthusiastic approach with interest in process excellence
Experience of handling multiple conflicting priorities with ability to maintain positive relationships
Fluency in English
