The People Management team works collaboratively with global, regional and local management teams

YOURE GOOD AT

- Owning & driving recruiting initiatives for business functions across geographies The Recruiting Lead will be responsible for talent acquisition strategies in India and Asia Pacific region with focus on Australia/New Zealand & South East Asia (ANZ & SEA) region along with a team of 2-3 recruiters

- In addition to experience in the India market, have an understanding cultural nuances specific to ANZ & SEA region to be able to effectively manage local candidates & stakeholders

- Managing full life cycle of vacancies across a diverse range of skills and capabilities within the business function

- Managing key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued Advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, function knowledge and/or technical skills, role requirements and desired candidate profiles

- Leading and mentoring a team of Recruiter & Recruiting Assistant to effectively deliver on all hiring requirements for these businesses, working collaboratively with regional HR team

- Leveraging internal talent sources to drive mobility, employee referrals and alumni engagement in the region

- Identifying high quality candidates through the proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, vendors, networking & other innovative sourcing techniques

- Conducting initial round interviews for all suitable candidates, providing a competency based assessment and candidate recommendation

- Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles to drive improvements in time to hire

- Managing recruitment campaigns for any volume hiring needs or brand building events

- Utilizing the applicant tracking system to actively track, manage and report on candidate pipelines to enhance stakeholder communication and ensure effective process management

- Articulation of the global talent brand and candidate value proposition to the region and subsequent promotion to the appropriate talent markets in each country

- Supporting the regional recruitment strategy by contributing to and implementing regional initiatives to global projects; locally identify and implement improvements creatively

- Managing the candidate experience through efficient process management, supporting interview scheduling where required

- Leading global projects as well as implementing them in the region

- Making independent decisions with minimum guidance, coordinate and push internal initiatives, processes, projects, with guidance where needed, form internal networks

- Reviewing key metrics and performance measures for the region such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire, and making recommendations for enhancements wherever possible

- Ensuring global best practices are embedded in the region to drive operational effectiveness through process improvements and the ongoing coaching and mentoring of hiring managers and the regional HR team

- Supporting hiring manager coaching and behavioral based interview training, as required, to enhance the quality of hiring decisions

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

- Post-Graduation Degree with high academic achievement

- 8-10 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience with at-least 2-3 years of hiring experience in India and Asia Pacific region across industries & functions

- Understanding of India and ANZ & SEA market talent pool, sourcing channels, hiring trends, cultural norms, compensation benchmarks

- In-house full life cycle recruitment experience with an international organization

- Strong behavioral based interviewing experience

- Team management experience with ability to coach & guide

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Brassring, Taleo, iCIMs, etc)

- Deep knowledge and proven success of utilizing Recruiter for successful hires

- Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements

- Proactive candidate sourcing skills through all available internal and external channels

- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite

- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery

- Proven experience managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills

- Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture, to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organization

- The Lead Recruiter role will own & drive talent acquisition activities across India and Asia Pacific with focus on ANZ & SEA with responsibility for hiring requisition management and recruiting operations for the specified businesses

- This role, along with a team of Recruiter, Recruiting Assistant will support a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, vendor management, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding along with managing stakeholders Working in close partnership with the regional and global teams, the role will also have wider responsibilities supporting regional strategy, operational effectiveness and recruitment best practice across the region
