Responsibilities

Building and executing sourcing plans for Engineering and R&D client groups
Consult with recruiting partners and HR leadership to identify/scope recruitment needs and develop/implement effective sourcing strategies
Proactively explore new, creative and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of the internet, social media, networking and other on-line capabilities
Proactive recruiting recruit potential employees from competition and/or other companies
Leverage various channels such as personal networks, social media, blogs/forums, events, Google/Boolean searches, and select sourcing tools to attract passive candidate profiles
Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of top technical candidates from across the industry
Work with and coach hiring managers on candidate outreach
Mining of internal referral networks
Cultivate and maintain on-going relationships with key engineering talent segments
Actively participate in providing feedback and recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting team operations
Partner with senior internal recruiters to understand staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open requisition

Qualifications - Basic Requirements

5 years of Engineering/R&D recruitment experience - Networking or Cloud technology experience preferred
Experience building and executing sourcing plans for Engineering and R&D client groups
Proven success targeting direct competitors and delivering competitive take-out strategies
Possess a robust sourcing skill set and proven success leveraging wide array of sourcing tools & techniques
Strong cold calling skills with willingness to aggressively reach out to potential and qualified candidates
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems Workday, Taleo, others
Experience in researching, developing, and implementing new candidate sourcing and search methods for both passive and active candidate
Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a multi layered fast paced environment
Passionate about the hunt for talent building & maintaining a network of candidates/sources through Linkedin and other networking sites
