Job Title CSD/CPC/Institutional Sales Head India

Reports to Sales Director

Location Mumbai


- Responsible for Business plan delivery, Engagement at CSD/CPC HO, Depot- s, Identifying the new opportunities to explore business, On job training to motivate team and guiding them with RB Code of Conduct policy and get best output


- Analysis the PRGO every month to see the various factor like less/high stock and their sufficiency

- New Product Introduction/Price Increase applications

- Market/Factory Survey for NPD- s

- Monitor supply chain activities and take corrective steps to avoid penalty and opportunities

- URC - Define Coverage plan by classification and plan PJP

- Best in class visibility execution in Top stores to drive offtakes

- Responsible for commercial Hygiene in the system


- Any masters degree or Bachelor degree with 10 years- experience

- Very good knowledge of CSD/CPC business


- Result oriented and self- motivated

- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies which can be implemented

- Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships with CSD/CPC officials and influencing internal and external customers
