Job Description:

Position Summary

In this role you will be part of a team of two who are the face of Lionbridge as you are the first point of contact for employees and visitors The list of receptionist duties includes, but is not limited to

Key Responsibilities

Providing premium quality support to internal and external customers, colleagues and tenants
Greeting visitors and staff members in a positive and friendly manner
Providing assistance to visitors in advance of their visit and ensure that meeting rooms and refreshments are organized and provided in a timely manner during their visit
Assisting individuals with queries
Day to day administration support for the Senior team as required
Maintaining company security by issuing, checking and collecting work IDs, and/or updating visitor logs
Ensure office supplies and stationery are always maintained and stocked
Managing the PO process for invoicing
Manage the processing of all customer contracts to include

Ensure documents are signed by the relevant director
Ensure that completed documents are filed
Responsibility for security and the safeguarding of documentation

Key Skills Required

Minimum of 2 years receptionist experience is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Strong team player
A trustworthy nature as you will be handling sensitive information
Microsoft Office skills
Extremely well-organised with excellent time management skills
