Job Description:

School Manager (CBSE K10 school)


a) Manage the team of counselors/adminstrators to ensure the admissions process and number of admissions are in accordance with the vision of the Management

b) Guide the administration team in accurate and timely submission of daily/weekly/month reports

c) Create strategies to increase the footfall for admissions

d) Train and guide the administration team to bring an inclined growth of the conversion ratio of the walk-ins generated through various sources

e) Timely updation of data in ERP

Facilities Management

a) Management of facilities like drinking water, wash rooms, playgrounds, rest rooms, tea, cafeteria etc for students and staff at all locations

b) Arrangement to Transport facilities for the students at all the locations

c) Arrangement of drivers and vehicles as per the requirement

d) Analysis the effective utilization of the vehicles and fuel-

e) Security and Housekeeping

f) Coordinating with all security agencies for recruitment and training of security guards

g) Monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting school building, equipment, and access points; permitting entry

h) Preparing housekeeping duty list

i) Supervise the work of housekeeping, peons and maids

Development & Maintenance

a) Regular maintenance of the infrastructure in terms of cleanliness and renovation work etc

b) Dealing with the issues related to Electricity supply, Telephone and internet facilities at all the locations

c) Location land surveys to open new schools Construction of new buildings at different location as required

d) Alignment with all security agencies

e) Keeping safety measures like fire extinguishers, security etc

Asset Management

a) Working with capacity of Corporate Asset Officer

b) Regular maintenance of the assets in terms of cleanliness, repairs etc

c) Purchase, selling and repair of the furniture at the school

d) Reporting of assets, inventories, stocks etc on monthly basis

Fleet Management

a) Dealing with general management relating to the transport

b) Ensure adherence to discipline from the entire transport including Drivers/Bus Attendants/ Transport Incharge

c) Ensure smooth functioning of transport department and timely pick-up and drop of students from school

d) Ensure zero complaints from parents regarding transport department functioning of the school

e) Cleanliness and maintenance of buses at regular intervals and keeping accurate track record of the same with help of the transport in-charge

f) Timely training of the transport department employees to ensure smooth function of the department

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- 10-12 yrs in similar industry

- 5+ yrs in similar role

- Only MALE candidates required
