JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview of the Role

- Responsible for the Quality for a region comprising of (3~4) FC

- Ensuring the adherence of the quality systems as per the requirement

- Responsible for improving the operational effectiveness, process effectiveness and customer satisfaction

- Manage the process life cycle and continuous improvement initiatives

- Identify opportunities for process innovation

- Assess the knowledge level of the people and Train them basis the gaps identified

- Remove technical and cultural barriers to process-focused management

- Develop overall project plans with specific project objectives as defined by project owner and key stakeholders

- Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion

Size of responsibility

- Financial Focus on defining process quality norms which reduces customer defects

- Drive Cost and quality related projects without impacting Customer Experience

- Non - Financial Building relationship with all teams for effectively managing change

Minimum Requirements

- Graduate/Post Graduate from Tier I / II schools

- Experience in Quality or process designing with (at least 7 to 9 years) work experience

- Lean Six Sigma-Black Belt, Experience in TQM, TOC

Knowledge & Skills

- Knowledge Sound knowledge on FMEA, RCA and Mistake Proofing

- Strong in quality concepts

- Understanding of CAPA

- Certifications in ISO standards with experience of implementation and managing ISO audits across Organisation

- Sound knowledge in the process audits, system audits, Product Audits

- Knowledge on quality tools

- Skills Lean and Six Sigma BB - Certification with hands on experience on continuous improvement projects

- Structured Problem solving skills

- Comfort in working in unstructured environments and fast timelines

- Program Management & People management

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Thorough knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- Excellent in Design Thinking & Risk management

- Experience with the data analysis

- Experience in Training people on Quality, Lean Concepts
